Document or Model View?

Use your documents as an alternative to Model Views.

Did you know that when eaDocX documents are saved inside your EA model, they can be opened and viewed by any EA user?

They don’t need to have eaDocX installed to be able to see each document, with the content, structure and formatting exactly as you have defined them.

So you don’t have to distribute the documents to individual members of your team, they can just open the folder where you saved them and they are all there ready.

Using documents as an alternative or addition to Model Views, gives another way to guide your colleagues through the parts of your model that matter to them. And by regenerating the documents as your model contents change, they always remain current.

Yet another way to make everyone on your team productive in EA.
