When you login to eaDocX, you may get a warning that your key has been suspended.
This means that the key you are trying to use to access eaDocX has been cancelled.
This may be because it belongs to a user who has upgraded to a higher version of eaDocX, in which case they will have a new key, and this one has therfore been de-activated.
Or, it may be that the key has been used in a way which is outside your licence agreement with eaDocX, and, in accordance with that licence agreement, the licence key has been cancelled.
